At age 16, Beth found her passion of cooking while taking a job from a neighbor who happened to own one of the finest, and one of the very few at the time, catering company’s in Cincinnati.
She started at the bottom with a few tasks: dishwashing, spinning lettuce (which she still does!), and much prep work to set such precedence. As time moved forward, Beth learned and absorbed all she could!
Eventually, Beth was able to open up her own catering business in 1984 with great success because of the style and experience she gained from the Crème de la Crème.
After her neighbor, the owner of Crème de la Crème retired, customers followed their tastes to Beth O’Leary Catering! Beth likes to say, “there’s a lot to be said to be in the right place at the right time!”
If you don’t find Beth in the kitchen, she’s either spending time with her family and friends, her two dogs, or out on her beloved farm!
In 1984, Beth O’Leary Catering opened for business in Newtown, Ohio. What used to be an automobile shop became a thriving catering business for Cincinnati locals who wanted delicious food and great service!
Thirty-five years later, and many Clean Kitchen Awards, Beth is still crafting food made from scratch with the help of her amazing staff as well as providing the very best service with much gratitude and delight! And, for many years to come!
